Time to Go With The Flow: Who’s Up For a Yoga Challenge?


 

It’s one of my most requested challenges and I’m here to deliver: Welcome to the Yoga Flow Mini Challenge.

Each day for 7 days, we’ll meet over on YouTube and go through a flow aimed at increasing alignment and flexibility. The entire flow should take you less than 10 minutes to complete, and is suitable for any fitness level.

 

Since this flow is so short, I encourage you to add it to your daily movement instead of using it as a replacement for your workout. I also encourage you to keep going after our 7 days together are done because the benefits of these deep stretches are many.

    I am 44 and can barely walk some days due to hip pain. I’ve recently had xrays and found out I don’t need surgery but have arthritis. I have been looking for some sort of yoga so I can’t wait to do this challenge!
