Got 3 minutes? Then I have a sweaty but super effective cardio workout challenge for you. Are you in?

 

We’ll do this 3-Minute Cardio Burn session together every day for the next 7 days. The challenge is to remain consistent and show up for yourself each and every day. 

 

This workout is comprised of simple moves that get your heart rate up and work major muscle groups to wake those cells of yours up! You may get sweaty, but it’s so worth it!
