Kill Sweet Cravings With This Yummy Treat

Got a sweet tooth, but don't want to crush your fat loss goals? Then you'll love this yummy treat that you can make in about 2 minutes.

This is one of my go-to treats when I'm craving something sweet in the afternoon or late at night. It's caffeine free so you can even drink several cups a day!

As you saw in the video, I recommend TAZO Organic Vanilla Rooibos Parfait tea. I add about a teaspoon of 100% maple syrup and a tablespoon of coconut milk. You could also sweeten with stevia, coconut sugar, or raw honey.
