Getting Started
Start at your dashboard. Your first prompt is already there, along with the Soul Writing walkthrough video. Watch the walkthrough first if you haven’t done a session before — it’s about ten minutes and it explains the method. Then sit down with a pen, paper, and ten minutes.
A pen, a notebook, and ten uninterrupted minutes. That’s it. Soul Writing is done by hand, on paper — not on a screen.
Because handwriting is doing real work in this practice. It’s slower than thinking, which is exactly why things surface on paper that typing tends to outrun. Your writing also stays entirely yours — we never store, read, or have access to a word of it.
No. There are no deadlines, grades, or finish lines. Your prompts stay in your account and wait for you.
Your Prompts
One prompt per day for your first 30 days, on your own timeline. Day 1 is the day you joined — not a fixed calendar date. If you join mid-month, you’re not behind. Prompts release automatically whether or not you log in, so nothing is ever missed.
No — prompts unlock one per day and can’t be opened early. You can always go back and revisit any prompt you’ve already unlocked. The sequence is deliberate, and the arc works best in order.
No. Nothing expires and nothing is lost. Your unlocked prompts are all waiting in your account. Pick up wherever you left off, or return to one that’s still sitting with you.
A new prompt is posted every Monday, themed to that month’s Ask Danette call. Your original 30 stay available in your account.
The prompts live inside your membership rather than as a downloadable file, so they’re always with you when you log in.
Live Calls

Your dashboard shows the date and time for every call you have access to, and you’ll get an email reminder beforehand.
Ask Danette is watch-only, by design. Questions are submitted ahead of time, so you can listen without any pressure to speak or appear on camera.
There’s a submission section on your dashboard. Questions close 48 hours before each call.
Danette answers as many as time allows, but not every question is selected. The sessions are built to be useful even when she’s working through someone else’s question — the patterns usually apply more broadly than the specific situation.
No. Those are interactive. You can join on camera and speak with Danette directly if you’d like to — though you’re never required to.
Every call is recorded and posted to your replay library. You’ll see replays for the calls your tier includes.

It’s a guide you can talk to inside your membership. Type in a question — about a prompt that stirred something up, a decision you’re circling, or where to take your practice next — and it answers, drawing on Danette’s teaching and the Soul Writing method.
Anything you’d want to think out loud about. Members use it to unpack what came up in a session, find a follow-up question to write on, or get unstuck when a prompt feels closed. It won’t hand you an answer about your own life — that’s what the pen is for — but it will help you find the better question.
No. It’s there when you want it. The practice itself is complete without it.
No. It only knows what you choose to type into it. Your handwritten Soul Writing never gets entered anywhere.
Lotus Rising
Lotus Rising is Danette’s premium coaching journey — a guided path of emotional, spiritual, and somatic healing for women ready to break generational patterns and rise into their next chapter. It includes everything in the lower tiers plus two live coaching calls a month with Danette, the full coaching vault, and a sisterhood of women doing the same deep work.
Throughout the year, a handful of members who raise their hand are chosen for a 1-on-1 session with Danette during a call. Even when it isn’t your turn, watching another woman’s breakthrough tends to open something in your own story.
Both live in the private Lotus Rising Facebook group. You’ll find the invitation link on your dashboard — it’s visible to Lotus Rising members only. Inside you’ll have more than 200 hours of past coaching calls with Danette and guest experts, plus dozens of healing-focused worksheets, organized by theme so you can go straight to what you need.
Yes, the group is hosted on Facebook, so you’ll need an account to join it. Everything else in your membership — your prompts, your calls, and your replays — is on the membership site and doesn’t require one.
Once a year we hold a one-day gathering, free for active Lotus Rising members. Details are announced inside the community and by email.
Billing & Cancellation
Every 30 days from your join date, automatically, on the card you signed up with.
From inside the membership site, in your account settings — or email [email protected]. Either way, you won’t be billed again, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If your membership isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. The guarantee covers the first payment only. After that you can cancel anytime, so you’re never billed for a month you didn’t want.

No. Your rate is locked for as long as your membership stays active.
Yes, anytime. Two things to know: you’ll rejoin at the current price rather than your old rate, and your prompt sequence restarts at Day 1. A lot of returning members find the second time through lands differently than the first.
Privacy
No. Your Soul Writing stays in your notebook. There’s nothing to upload and nowhere to enter it, so no copy of it exists on our servers or anyone else’s. If you use the Soul Writing companion, it only ever sees the questions you choose to type into it.
All calls are recorded. Ask Danette is watch-only — you’re never on camera and never unmuted. The Inner Circle and Lotus Rising calls are interactive, so you can appear on camera if you choose to, but it’s always optional.

Prompts unlock on a 24-hour cycle from the time you joined, not at midnight. If it’s been longer than that, email [email protected].
Check that you’re using the invitation link on your dashboard and requesting from the Facebook account you want to use. If you’re still stuck, email [email protected].
Yes — the dashboard, prompts, and replays all work on mobile. You’ll still want paper for the writing itself.
