You are worthy no matter what you do or don’t do.

 

2. Plan for what’s next. You’ve probably heard the phrase, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” There is certainly some truth to that. 

Make sure you’re setting yourself up for success by taking the time to meal plan, prep recipe ingredients so they’re easy to find and use, add your workout onto your calendar, and schedule in meditation time. Remember, the easier you make things for yourself, the more likely you are to follow through on your good habits. Your success is worth the up-front planning time.

 

3. Seek support. There’s nothing quite like a community of like-minded people to keep you honest and motivated. When you’re surrounded by loving friends from all around the world who are on the same journey, you can’t help but feel held and lifted up. Turn to them when you need some cheerleading, or offer words of encouragement to someone who is currently where you once were. The feeling of community is so powerful and it can often get you over any hump you may be facing.

 

Remember, healthy living is just that… a lifestyle. You will have plenty of triumphs along the way, and also some moments of what may feel like failure. But you can always turn things around with one decision: the decision to show up for yourself. I know you can do it, and I’m here for you.
