Delicious Watermelon Smoothie Recipe

As I mentioned in the video, I use a lot of bananas and watermelon in smoothies every day. Not only are watermelon smoothies chock full of vitamins, healthy nutrients, and fat-burning protein, they're also sooo refreshing on a hot day!

 

Here's my favorite watermelon smoothie recipe:

 

 Delicious Watermelon

Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup water or almond milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients together in a blender. Enjoy!

(Note: I also include a handful of spinach sometimes to get some extra greens!)

Mix in your blender and enjoy!
