It’s tough to find someone who doesn’t like No-Bake Cookies, but it’s not tough to find someone who wishes No Bake Cookies were healthier. If that’s you, I’ve got your back!

By switching up a few sugar-laden ingredients with options that are naturally healthier, you can turn this old favorite into a nutritional powerhouse.

Featuring natural peanut butter, coconut sugar as sweetener, and Cacao Bliss as the superfood alternative to highly processed cocoa powder, this healthy No-Bake Cookie recipe will become your go-to favorite to satisfy that sweet tooth without destroying your healthy-eating plan.

Let me know in the comments below if you plan to give these a try.

  • 1/2 Cup Grass-fed Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Scoops Cacao Bliss
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 Cups raw rolled oats (more or less depending on consistency)

1. Over low heat, mix butter and almond milk together. Next, mix all remaining ingredients to

2. Mix well, roll into small balls and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Loved watching you make cookies.
With what did you line your pan that stayed in place?
Just made Energy Bites using Cacao Bliss for all of my neighbors, yesterday. Felt good about giving them something healthy!

Yes, I was wondering the same thing too. Maple syrup or coconut sugar, or are there two different recipes?

Love this product. It kept me well during Terry’s illness October-December and now since he died. It gives me energy, and helped me lose weight. I lost 13 pounds and feel so much better. I like the taste making it into a smoothie every morning. I recommend this product for its health benefits.
