Healthy No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 cups raw rolled oats (more or less depending on consistency)

Method
 

  1. Over low heat, mix butter and almond milk together. Next, mix all remaining ingredients together.
  2. Mix well, roll into small balls and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
