Healthy Peaches And Cream Popsicles

Servings 10


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 peach, thinly sliced (optional)


  • In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
  • Pro Tip: Let popsicles freeze for 30-60 minutes before adding the stick. You may also find it easier to use a lidded popsicle mold to help hold the sticks in place.
  • Optional: Add thinly sliced peaches into the popsicle molds before pouring in the smoothie liquid.
