Feeling stiff in your lower body? This is very common for those of us who sit a lot on our jobs, or who run or cycle for exercise. Since this is a huge number of you — and I promised my tribe I’d share my top 3 stretches for hip, knee, inner thigh, and lower back tightness — I’m here today with a quick video to give you the goods. There’s no equipment needed and it’ll only take 5-10 minutes.
