Sweet Potato Fries

If the thought of giving up french fries forever is more than you want to commit to, I have some good news for you.

You don't have to give up any foods at all, just re-think the unhealthy foods and replace them with their healthy counterpart.

These sweet potato fries are a perfect example and once you try them, you will wonder why you ever even liked those flavorless oil soaked sticks that most people think of when french fries are mentioned.

Sweet potatoes are one of the GOOD carbs you should eat and they are full of feel good vitamins like B6! They are great source of Vitamin C, D, Iron and Magnesium.

Magnesium is the relaxation and anti-stress mineral. It's critical for healthy artery, blood, bone, heart, muscle, and nerve function, yet experts estimate that about 80%  of North Americans may be deficient.

ALL that and did I mention they taste heavenly?! Make sure you make plenty to share because you WILL be forced to share 🙂
