Sweet and Spicy: This Strawberry Salsa Recipe Will Give You a Kick

Whether it’s National Strawberry Day or ANY day, this Strawberry Salsa recipe will give your taste buds a kick!


A perfect balance of spicy and sweet, you’ll also enjoy some immunity-boosting, skin-loving benefits with each spoonful of this delicious salsa. Eat it by itself or top your salad, chicken breast, or plain Greek yogurt with it — the possibilities are endless!

Strawberry Salsa Recipe

Serving Size: ½ cup



  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, stem and seeds removed, finely diced
  •  1/2 of a small red onion, peeled and finely diced (about 1/2 cup)
  •  3/4 cup mango, diced
  •  2/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • 1 lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper



Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season with extra salt and pepper, if desired.


Optional: If you would like a sweeter salsa, feel free to stir in a few teaspoons of warmed raw, organic honey.
