Step into my kitchen with me and let's make the most soothing and healing Golden Milk Tea you can get your hands on!

Featuring turmeric and ginger, this golden spice tea is not only delicious, but it's also a health-packed powerhouse that positively affects everything from your skin to your organs. I highly recommend you check out Earth Echo's Golden Superfood Bliss!  (It's what I personally use).

Just one serving of Golden Milk Tea can help reduce inflammation in the body, leading to health benefits like:

  • Pain reduction
  • Acne clearing
  • Wound healing
  • Immunity boosts
  • Open sinuses

As if that's not enough, this Golden Milk Tea boasts cancer-fighting and gut health properties, plus helps nausea, tummy troubles and more!

I'm telling you, this stuff is basically a unicorn in a cup!

There's no need to spend loads of money at a fine café because in this video, I'll walk you through how to make this as both a tea and a latte, and I promise, it's easy! One sip of this soothing and delicious Golden Milk treat and you'll be hooked.

Are you ready? Let's get simmering!

All my love,

Danette

Love golden milk, but add black pepper so your body can absorb the curcuminoids in the turmeric and ginger! Curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body by itself. The piperine in black pepper makes it so that our bodies actually absorb the curcumin when it’s prepared in golden milk. Also, cooking the turmeric in some form of fat (the coconut milk) with the black pepper maximizes bioavailability!

I’ve tried a couple of different golden milk recipes and like the idea of using fresh instead of ground since that seems to settle at the bottom of my cup. I’m definitely trying your recipe! Do you store the leftover tumeric liquid in the fridge? Any idea how long it will keep?

Hi Danette, I’m a big fun and follower love your golden Milk. Recently I was diagnosed with Hashimoto so I follow an AIP diet which requires no dairy and tried multiple brands of coconut milk but they have too much additives. Can you tell me how to make it yours looks thick and white. Love your plans you rock

Thank you so much for this recipe. My daughter has major gut issues and was told to drink this but we couldn’t find it anywhere. I have a question though, I cannot seem to find the recipe for this anywhere written (I only see the video). I want to also know how to make this with the powder tumeric if I cannot find fresh at my local health food store

Hi Danette! Thank you so much for the video and delicious recipe, I love it! Can I store the extra Turmeric and Ginger boil in the fridge or will it lose its properties? Thanks!
