Today I'm making one of my favorite Power Smoothie recipes!
So fast to make and yes, it tastes every bit as good as it looks!
You'll need:
♦1 cup of water
♦Handful of Kale
♦1/2 cup frozen berries
♦1 banana
♦2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Mix it all in the blender and you're ready to Power Up!
