What I LOVE about this recipe is that it contains the perfect amount of protein (Organifi is my favorite protein for baking) and good fats to keep you in fat burning mode and keep you feeling full and satisfied. And it has the great flavor of cookie dough to keep your taste buds super happy!
I store these in the freezer and take them on my flights as well as use as a quick snack on the go.
