Hi, When I do this breathing exercise, on the exhale for the first 2 or 3 breaths my upper trunk gives a single, involuntary jerk – quite a big jerk! I’ve noticed the same thing sometimes happens when I’m falling asleep and transition to deeper breathing. It feels like the tension is easing in a quick, dramatic drop. Is this normal?

I’ve been advised before to do breathing techniques by people who haven’t shown me how to do it. I’m definitely going to try the nasal one.
