During this phase, we're going to stay with our morning and evening rituals, and continue eating healing foods and moving our bodies. But this week we're also going to work on healing old traumas. This is the most important work you’ll ever do.

  • Remember to journal morning and night — writing down your I AM statements and your Defining Intentional Statement every day is a crucial practice for calling in your soul contract connection. Don’t skip this! You can download the PDF journal HERE.
  • Eat healing, high-vibrational, libido-boosting foods — the recipes in the I Am Sexy Meal Plan are full of them. Stick to the plan and your body (and your soulmate) will thank you).
  • Complete all writing prompts — during this phase, you’re healing past traumas by writing letters to your parents. Don’t worry, no one will see these but you!
