You've asked everyone but yourself.

You’ve read the books. You’ve talked to the therapist, the coach, maybe even the psychic. You’ve typed your question into Google at 2am and scrolled until your eyes burned, hoping a stranger on the internet would finally settle it for you.

And the question is still there.

Maybe it’s a relationship you can’t figure out how to stay in, or leave. Maybe it’s a health decision you keep circling without landing. Maybe it’s your business, your money, the next chapter of your life, and every option looks equally right and equally terrifying.

Here’s what all that searching has in common: every answer came from outside of you. That’s why none of them stuck.

Soul Writing: Out Loud was built on a different premise. The clearest guidance you’ll ever receive doesn’t come from an expert. It comes from you, from a wiser part of you that your busy mind talks over every single day. Danette’s job on this show is to help you finally hear it.

What is Soul Writing: Out Loud?

Soul Writing: Out Loud is a new show hosted by Danette May, bestselling author of The Rise and Embrace Abundance and co-founder of Mindful Health, whose coaching and programs have touched millions of lives.

The whole practice centers on one question: "What would you have me know about this?" You ask it about the thing you're actually facing, whether that's a fear, a relationship, or the next chapter of your life. Then you write, and you let the response come through without correcting or judging it.

Danette guides the process, and the answer comes from you. She'll show you how to access what you already know, then help you turn it into a concrete action step.

You don't need to hold any particular belief system for this to work. You just need to be willing to sit down, get quiet, and write.

What happens on camera

Here's how your episode works with Danette:

1

Your story

You and Danette start with what you're carrying: the situation and the question that follows you around. There's no long biography and no performance, just the truth of where you are.

2

Getting quiet

Danette guides you into a grounded, connected state using breath, stillness, and body awareness. This is where you step out of your racing mind and become available to something deeper.

3

The ask

You bring your question to the Soul Writing: Out Loud prompt: "What would you have me know about this?" Then you listen, write, and speak what comes.

4

Going deeper

The first answer is rarely the whole answer. Danette gently keeps opening the door. What's underneath that? Where do you feel it in your body? When have you felt this before? This is where the real discovery happens.

5

Your next step

Together, you turn what surfaced into one grounded action you can take that week. You leave with clarity you can actually use.

You won't just feel something shift. You'll know exactly what to do about it.

Is this you?

We're looking for self-aware men and women, primarily between 45 and 65, who are done with gimmicks, and have done real inner work already. What you haven't found is an answer you can fully trust on the one question that matters most right now.

You're a strong fit if:
  • You're carrying a significant, unresolved question in your relationships, your health, or your money and business
  • You've spent months (or years) collecting opinions and still feel stuck
  • You're open to spiritual inquiry, even if you're skeptical, curious, or brand new to it
  • You're willing to be honest and emotionally real on camera
  • You're available to film this fall
You don't need:
  • Any experience with Soul Writing, journaling, or meditation
  • Any on-camera experience
  • A "polished" story. Real is what we want.

If you read this and felt your stomach drop a little because you know exactly what your question would be, that's the sign. Apply.

What’s in it for you?

A private session with Danette May, at no cost. Men + women pay thousands for this level of one-on-one work. As a cast member, you receive it free.

A real answer. You'll gain clarity on the question that's been costing you sleep, along with a specific action step to move on it.

A lifelong tool. The Soul Writing framework goes home with you. The next time you hit a crossroads, you'll know exactly how to sit down and find your own guidance.

Your story, witnessed. As a featured guest, you'll be seen by an audience wrestling with the same fears and longings you are. Your courage on camera gives someone else permission to find her own answer.

Meet your guide

Your answer is closer than you think.

You could keep searching, collecting one more opinion while you wait for someone else to tell you what to do with your one life.
Or you could sit down with Danette, ask the question out loud, and finally hear what you already know.

Applications are open now. Filming begins this fall, and episodes are limited, so if your question is ready, don't wait.
