Skinny Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chilled coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • Handful of ice
  • Water, to reach desired consistency
  • 1/8 cup raw cacao nibs, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients, except raw cacao nibs, in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until no chunks are left. Garnish with raw cacao nibs if you’d like. Enjoy!
