  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Golden Superfood Bliss
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened nut milk

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Place jar in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Serve topped with fresh fruit, nuts, or any other toppings you like.
