Healthy Whipped Cacao Bliss Yogurt Dip

This Whipped Cacao Bliss Yogurt Dip is the perfect healthy snack or dessert paired with fresh summer fruits!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup canned full-fat coconut cream (solid cream from the top of the can only)
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao Bliss
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fruit for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt and coconut cream. Beat with a hand mixer for one minute until light, fluffy, and well combined.
  • Add Cacao Bliss, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl and continue mixing until soft peaks form.
  • Transfer the whipped yogurt mixture to a dipping bowl and serve with assorted fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and mandarin oranges.
  • Refrigerate any leftover dip in a covered container for up to 2 days.
