Island Bliss Breakfast Smoothie Popsicles

Give your favorite breakfast a fun makeover! These healthy breakfast popsicles start with a simple smoothie base and include a healthy dose of Island Bliss for a vibrant start to your day!

Servings 10 popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 3 scoops Island Bliss
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. 
  • Evenly divide smoothie mixture between popsicle molds. 
  • Cover and insert sticks before placing mold in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  • Enjoy!
