Flu Shot Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 6 clementines
  • Juice of one lemon or lime
  • Small handful of cilantro
  • Big handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups blueberries or strawberries
  • 2 1-inch pieces of ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup unsweetened almon or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
    Note: You may add more liquid if it’s too thick.
