Everyone Has An Intuition — Are You Quiet Enough to Hear Yours?

Intuition is something that everyone has. We're all born with it. But a lot of us stop using it as we get older.

Some of us stop using it because we get too busy with our day-to-day lives of work and family. The more we have on our To Do lists, the easier it is to ignore that quiet inner voice whispering to us all day, every day.

But for some of us, we're afraid of its power.

Danette May sitting meditating outside Our intuition is our own personal truth — and sometimes we can be afraid of listening to that truth. Especially if the truth in our heart is something we might not be ready to face.

Our truth might be asking us to make some decisions or changes in our lives that, in our heart, we know we need to make but our egos might not be ready to accept.

But the thing I want you to know is that our intuition — our inner wisdom — is our superpower. It's the way that our soul communicates with us. It's the way that our soul tells us what it needs.

How do You Access Your Intuition?

To access this superpower and to listen to what your soul is trying to tell you, you need to get still. You need to be in silence. We're not used to getting quiet, but that quiet place is where your inner wisdom lives.

Since we're not used to allowing ourselves to be silent, it can feel uncomfortable at first. But I urge you to simply allow that feeling of discomfort and know that it will get easier.

The more you practice getting quiet and checking in with your higher self, the more you will hear your intuition speak to you.
