Grain-Free & Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins

Ready for a delicious blueberry muffin recipe that's CARB-FREE and GLUTEN-FREE, and one your whole family will love? Seriously, my family devours these treats within minutes of coming out of the oven.

And the best part is they only have a handful of simple ingredients so you don't need to be Martha Stewart to whip up these tasty muffins!

Ingredients:

1 cup almond butter (raw & unsalted)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup shredded coconut flakes (raw & unsweetened)
1/2 cup raw honey (or coconut sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:

Place in muffin tins and bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
