Bone Broth

2 lbs. of bones from grass-fed beef

1 onion

2 carrots

2 stalks of celery

2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

First roast the bones in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 350. Then place them in a large stock pot and pour water over them to cover.

Add the vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes. Chop the vegetables and add to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.

Simmer for 48 hours, skimming off any foam every 20 minutes during the first 2 hours.

Remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove all solids.
